Zoomin

This morning the lake had a mist coming up off of it, and I saw these deer coming over for a drink:

After the sun burned off the mist, the surface of the lake was like a mirror. I like the way this white heron looks with the reflection:

I am so lovin the zoom on My New Camera, I could never have gotten these shots before.

I'm glad that you like the pictures, but I probably won't put them around the house, because I can always just look out the window. Same thing except it changes all the time.

Well then frame them and hang them up in your CUBICLE!

Yes! Now that's what I must do! Virtual Windows! I'm on it! Thanks, Heather.

Heavenly photos. So beautiful. It made me miss the cottage we used to have.... and seeing the lake there... I had seen the morning mist plenty of times there, and the mirror effect, often before dusk. And sunsets on the water. And the change of seasons. Being near the water is so wonderful. You are blessed.
Aunt Chris ps- Also have seen our former lake with a mist on it because the hot, humid weather won't let it dissapate- that's when everyone has wet hair because it is like a steam bath. And getting rid of mildew there at times... even sheets felt icky. Oh, well. (It was 114 degrees in Phoenix today. Michigan is best)
