Who wouldn't want this:
It makes little donuts right there on the counter-top.
There used to be a mini-donut stand at Tiger Stadium and that basket of freshly fried minis dipped in chocolate was one of the best things I've ever eaten. And then this year it was gone. I know because I walked around the entire perimeter of the stadium, twice, searching for it.
Now the family will know what to get me for Christmas. I also think this could be solution to our nation's economic problems. The perfect invention. Someday we will wonder what the world was like before this thing was around. Kind of like crocs.

I absolutely expect a mini-doughnut party just after Christmas!
I have a little kitchen tool which had been my mom's: a donut cutter! I made chocolate donuts one time. They were really wonderful, but a lot of work and I don't like deep frying. So, anybody want my antique little donut cutter? P.S.Here in Florida,a Krispy Kreme Donut shop is the place to go!
I thought I might have remembered that Grandma had a way to make home-made donuts.
The beauty of this machine is that it's: Batter in ---> Donuts out. Less work, less mess.
Krispy Creme is good, but there's nothing like getting them hot right out of the oil, like I had at the Cider Mill here this weekend. Delicious!
The donut stand CAN'T be gone!!! It used to be right behind home plate, are you sure you checked behing home plate? When Kev & I had our season tickets, we would get donuts from there almost every time we went to a game. Didn't make it to any games this year, though, but I just can't believe they would take my donut stand away (dipped in chocolate....ahhh delish!)
Heather, it's gone. I searched the entire stadium like a crazy lady, even tried interrogating stadium employees. I have since confirmed with others more familiar with the place that yes, indeed, it has disappeared.
But that's ok, I'll have lots of donut parties WITH chocolate sauce once I get my dough-nu-matic.
In the words of Homer, "Mmmmmm, doooo-nuts."
